How big are your plants?
Plant dimensions (pot diameter and overall height) are listed on each product page. All plants ship in their nursery pot — decorative pots are available as add-ons.
Do plants come with care instructions?
Yes. Every plant ships with a printed care card covering light, watering, feeding and re-potting. Get in touch any time if you need ongoing care advice.
Can I return a plant?
Yes — if your plant arrives damaged or wilted, send a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you. Healthy plants can be returned within 7 days for a refund minus return delivery.
