What time do you deliver until?
Standard delivery runs 9am to 6pm at a flat fee, morning 9am – 12pm available for a small premium. For late-night or early-morning drops, contact us directly.
Can I customise a bouquet?
Yes. Add a note at checkout with colour preferences, stems to include or avoid, and any other requests. For fully bespoke designs, get in touch for a quote.
What if my flowers wilt?
Every bouquet comes with a 7-day freshness guarantee. If anything wilts within seven days of delivery, send a photo and we'll replace it free.
